Synchronized Swimming skills are acquired through a skill development system called the Star Program. It is a progressive way to learn Synchro skills regardless of your ultimate goals.

  • Aqua Squirt - An aquatic development program intended for younger swimmers (6-9). Basic swimming and Synchro skills are acquired through purposeful play. This program is an excellent bridge between standard swimming lesson levels.

  • Star 1-3 - Entry level for all synchronized swimmers.

  • Tier 1-5 - Swimmers progress through the tier levels as they build on their skills and continue to master the skills in each Star level (of which there are 10). If interested, swimmers at this level may compete at a local, provincial or inter-provincial level.

  • Tiers 6-7 - Swimmers master more complex skills in each SuperStar level. If interested, swimmers at this level may compete locally, provincially, interprovincially, nationally and internationally.

  • Masters - For adult swimmers of any skill level. Swimmers from twenty years of age and over may participate. If interested, Masters swimmers may compete locally, provincially, nationally, and internationally
